  • Name and date of birth (D.O.B. only for under 18s);

  • Contact information including email address;

  • Demographic information such as postcode;

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping;

  • Administering the club;

  • Publishing results of club trials (Name only);

  • We may periodically send emails or contact you about club-related information which we think you may find interesting, using the email address, or other contact data which you have provided.
